What is the difference between Free and Pro?
Free covers appointments, online booking, email reminders, the basic dashboard and the in-app customer chat for one professional in one store, with customers paying in store. Pro adds online payments with deposits, prepayment, installments and automatic refunds, products and stock, membership plans, team payroll, waitlist and additional hours, custom permissions per team member, SMS and WhatsApp reminders, custom branding, the full dashboard and priority support.
How do SMS and WhatsApp reminders work?
They are available on Pro and billed per message on your subscription cycle: 0,03€ per SMS and 0,10€ per WhatsApp message. Email reminders are included on every plan.
